I seemed to have interpreted the assignment differently than a few others, which in my head is fine, it’s going to happen. I thought the four sources were supposed to appear in our infographic, they thought they were supposed to be in our rationale. That’s just how the cookie crumbles on assignments and I think most teachers realize that students are going to interpret assignments a little differently, especially in online classes. I hope that by my interpreting the assignment maybe a little differently, some remember that when we give assignments in class we can’t expect the same results for everyone. It doesn’t mean the student who interpreted it differently did it wrong, they only displayed the information in a different way. I think that may be the way I contributed to the learning this week, it seemed as though we all had basically the same important elements to remember during the interview process.
This week I got on and saw we got to do an infographic. I loved doing infographics in the other classes I have taken, so I was excited for this week. They seem more fun than just writing the blog because there’s a creative element to it, although I’m not all that creative. It just is fun to have a different kind of assignment every once in awhile throughout the course of the semester. I also like them because you can do little bits at a time, when I’m writing a blog, I have to sit down and get it done so I don’t forget where I’m at. With an infographic, on the other hand, I can do part by part and it gets done over the course of the week and it’s much more relaxing.

I put 3 of my sources in my infographic and one in my rationale. I like how you explained that not only was that ok, but it can be applied to the classroom as well. You put a lot of information on your infographic. When I first saw it, I wondered if I did too little on mine. However, thanks to your explanation, I realize that I just interpreted the assignment a little differently and that is okay. I did like reading the information on your infographic. It was very well put together.
